Bear Cove is the perfect townhouse for your next getaway. Featuring a beautiful stone fireplace (woodburning), outdoor decks, fire pit, fooseball table, and so many quaint and intentional details that really make this home shine. All this, just minutes from the golf course, country club, resort, and more. The house comfortably sleeps 10 across two bedrooms, one king, one queen, and a great bunk room for the kiddos, making it ideal for two families traveling together, or one larger group. The Main suite with a King bed has its own private outdoor deck, and there is also a separate "kids hang out area" great for some time away from the adults as needed. The house is fully stocked with everything you might need for your stay, from coffee pots to hair dryers, paper towels to washing machine detergent, we thought of it all! BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS/BATHROOMS: On the lower level, you will find all three bedrooms, the Main Suite with a King bed, an attached bathroom, and a private outdoor deck, a Queen bedroom, and the kids' bunkroom with 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunks, and 1 twin-over-full. There are 2 full-sized bathrooms, one attached to the main suite, the other in the lower level foyer. There is also a half bath adjacent to the dining room and kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms are fully stocked with pillows, linens/blankets, towels, toilet paper, shampoo and body wash, hair dryers, and hand soap. LIVING AREAS: Your group will love the multipurpose layout of this home. The main living space includes a beautiful stone fireplace (wood-burning), surrounded by cozy sofas with plenty of room to curl up and relax together. This space opens up to the outdoor balcony at the rear of the house, and acts as a game room, with a foosball table also in the mix. The main living space flows right into the dining room and kitchen, so you never feel far from the action, even when spread out. At the front of the house through sliding glass doors is a secluded kids' hang-out area, complete with bean bag chairs and a TV, perfect for giving the kids their own space to relax and have fun together. This room can also act as a quiet space if anyone needs to get a little remote work done while away. KITCHEN/DINING Creating and eating meals together is another great way to create great family memories and this home provides everything you need. Our kitchen features stainless appliances, a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee makers (regular and Keurig), blender, griddle, and crockpot. All plates, glassware, baking/cookware, pots, pans, and utensils are provided. In addition, we have a cabinet with olive oil, flour, sugar, and spices to get you started. Finally, on the upper deck, there is a gas grill for use year-round. ENTERTAINMENT OUTDOORS: Outside, we strive to provide the setting for fun family memories. Relax on the upper or lower deck, great in the summer months and perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening beverage. Take in the sounds of nature while the kids play out back, make dinner on the gas grill, or have s'mores around the outdoor fire pit. So much to do without even leaving the property! ENTERTAINMENT INDOORS: When you're done playing outside, come in and relax. The group can watch movies or catch a game on the living room smart TV, or split into adults and kids thanks to the dedicated kids' area. The house has Wifi throughout to power all your devices, so you can catch your favorite shows wherever you are. There are also TVs in both of the bedrooms and a great foosball table for a little family game time. ENTRYWAY/LAUNDRY Enter the house through the front door with our keyless lock. Inside you'll find hooks for coats, cubbies for hats and gloves, and rubber mats for muddy boots, for all other messes, we have a laundry room with detergent and dryer sheets for your use. PARKING/GARAGE: The driveway and garage are available for your use. The garage is large and great for storing ski gear, mountain bikes, or anything else you want to keep close by, also great for parking inside in the colder months. The driveway has room for additional vehicles and is just steps from the main entry. Note: for your protection and ours, we have security cameras that monitor the exterior entry points of the property: garage, front entry, and behind the lower deck.

House Rules
RENTAL AGREEMENT - As a part of the booking process you are required to sign a rental agreement with Mountain Serenity Rentals. You will be walked through this process when you go to book. SECURITY DEPOSIT - As part of your booking, you agree to a $500 security deposit. We do this by putting a hold on your credit card for that amount 1 day before you arrive and it is released 3 days after you depart (if you use a debit card then that amount is withdrawn from your account). It is fully refundable if there is no damage and if you’ve adhered to all house rules. PETS - Some of our properties are pet-friendly as indicated in the property listing information. If you are staying at a pet-friendly property, you must still let us know prior to your stay. Please note, that all pet-friendly properties have a cap of two dogs unless you have prior written authorization from us. If you bring pets without permission or to a non-pet-friendly property, the penalty is $300 SMOKING – Smoking is not allowed anywhere on this property. If you smoke anywhere on the property (including vaping), the penalty is $300 TRASH – Angel Fire does not provide trash service, so all guests are responsible for disposing of their trash at the AF trash/recycling center. If you leave any trash behind, the penalty is $25 per bag left behind. OCCUPANCY – You agree not to exceed the occupancy limits included in the listing for this property at any time during your stay. If you exceed occupancy limits, the penalty is $500 EXCESSIVE CLEANING – With your booking, you paid a cleaning fee. Understand that this is for general cleaning of the property, washing linens/towels, and resetting the property for the next group. If you leave the property in need of excessive cleaning, the penalty is $200 MINIMUM AGE – At least one adult over the age of 25 must be always present at the property if any of your group is at the property. If this is not followed, the penalty is $500 SEPTIC SYSTEM – Please only flush toilet paper down the toilets. If a plumber is required because anything other than toilet paper was flushed down the toilets, the penalty is $300
Cancellation Policy
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
