Owners, Owner & Guest Relations, Operations, Maintenance, & More
Cheryl founded Mountain Serenity Rentals in 2006 with a clear mission: to create a guest and owner experience rooted in warmth, quality, and trust. As both operations manager and Qualifying Broker of the Mountain Serenity Rentals Group, she oversees day-to-day operations, making sure every home is cared for and every guest feels at home.
Eric our maintenance manager (and more), brings decades of business and hands-on experience to the team. He ensures our homes stay in excellent condition and is often the one behind the scenes coordinating, prepping, and problem-solving.
Eric and Cheryl work together to ensure owners recieve the best and most personalized care possible for their homes.
Together, Cheryl and Eric love traveling, biking, hiking, and golfing. Their tiny dog Cooper, the unofficial MSR mascot, tags along to remind them to enjoy the ride.
Both are closely involved in guest care. From booking to check-out, don’t be surprised if you hear from one of them during your stay.
ASHLEY
Marketing, Maintenance, & Guest Relations
Ashley first fell in love with Angel Fire as a teenager and brings a background in marketing and photography to her role at Mountain Serenity Rentals. She supports both the maintenance team and guest relations, helping ensure each home is spotless, functional, and welcoming.
Ashley loves exploring the outdoors and spends her free time snowboarding and riding her bike around town.
Along with Cheryl, Ashley is your main point of contact throughout your booking and stay. She’s quick to respond and happy to help if anything comes up.
MAX
Accounting & Guest Relations
Max has been part of the MSR family from the beginning and knows Angel Fire inside and out. They support both guest services and operations, helping make sure communication is smooth and details are never missed.
When they're not busy studying, Max loves to sew, ski, and explore the outdoors.
Max often assists with guest questions and logistics, so you may also hear from them during your stay.
