Take it All Inn is a magnificent home for a modern mountain experience, featuring a newly renovated open floor plan, wood-burning fireplace, outdoor deck, and breathtaking views. All of the contemporary touches are what make this home truly shine. We know you will love spending your next vacation here. The house comfortably sleeps 14 across 3 bedrooms and a bunk room, complete with 2 sets of full-over-full bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom, as well as a half bath on the main floor. At Mountain Serenity Rentals, we believe you deserve all the things you need for a great stay, and don’t want to nickle and dime you for them. Our homes are stocked with firewood for fireplaces and fire pits, propane for gas grills, detergent for laundry machines, and all the basics for kitchens and bathrooms, from coffee pots to hair dryers! We've thought of it all! If you are ever missing something during your stay, don’t hesitate to reach out! BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Take it All Inn has 3 bedrooms as well as a full over full bunk room on the lower level. The main suite is on the upper level, with a king bed, and an attached bathroom. Also on the upper level, there are 2 bedrooms with queen beds, each of which has its own bathroom. The lower level has a bunk room with 2 sets of full over full bunks and an adjacent bathroom. Finally, there is also a half bath on the main floor immediately adjacent to the living area. Bedrooms and bathrooms are fully stocked with pillows, linens/blankets, towels, shampoo and body wash, hair dryers, and hand soap. LIVING AREA: The home has an open floor plan with a central living, dining, and kitchen area. This allows your group to spread out after a day of fun in the mountains while still being able to stay engaged and connected while you are cooking, eating, and relaxing. The furniture here, like the rest of the home, is new, modern, and comfortable, great for relaxing together. There is also seating on the front deck of the house immediately adjacent to the main living area, and an additional living room with smart TV downstairs adjacent to the kid's bunkroom. The deck features several comfy areas to curl up with a book, enjoy a beverage, and watch the remarkable Angel Fire sunsets! KITCHEN/DINING Cooking and eating meals together is one of the many ways to create great memories. Our kitchen features everything that you will need including stainless appliances, a gas stove, oven, microwave, crockpot, refrigerator/freezer, coffee makers, blender, and griddle. All plates, glassware, baking/cookware, pots, pans, and utensils are provided. In addition, we have a cabinet with olive oil, flour, sugar, and spices to get you started. Also, on the front deck, there is a gas grill with a spare propane tank in case the primary runs out. There is a dining room table that seats 8 immediately adjacent to the kitchen. Additionally, there are 4 barstools at the kitchen counter to ensure that everyone has a seat for mealtime. LAUNDRY ROOM On the lower level of the house, you will find a full laundry room. While none of us want to plan to do laundry while on vacation, sometimes the mountains have other plans. Don’t worry about overpacking, we have everything you need to freshen up your clothes while you’re here. ENTRY Given the number of outside stairs leading to the main floor of the house, the best entry into the property is through the garage. There is a keypad to open the garage on the post immediately adjacent to the garage door. Once inside the garage, there are racks for skis/boards to keep your equipment secure and out of the elements. On the door leading into the house, there is a combination lock that provides access to the lower living area of the house. Immediately inside you will find coat hooks and boot trays to keep the wet from outside well contained. PARKING/GARAGE: When you get to the house, there is a winding driveway with parking pads at the midpoint as well as at the top right near the house. Both areas are ideal for parking. Due to the steepness of the driveway, 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended, especially in the winter, to ensure that you can get to the home comfortably. The driveway to the property is plowed regularly and cinders are used as required to ensure your comfort and safety.

  • Angel Fire Country Club - 1.9 Miles The club is open to the public with golf, basketball, tennis, pickleball, a playground for kids, a fitness center and pool, and restaurants for dining. 

  • Monte Verde Lake - 3 Miles Stocked lake great for fishing and boating in the summer. Boats and paddleboards are available for rental. Also a great hike around the lake!

House Rules

RENTAL AGREEMENT - As a part of the booking process you are required to sign a rental agreement with Mountain Serenity Rentals. You will be walked through this process when you go to book. SECURITY DEPOSIT - As part of your booking, you agree to a $500 security deposit. We do this by putting a hold on your credit card for that amount 1 day before you arrive and it is released 3 days after you depart (if you use a debit card then that amount is withdrawn from your account). It is fully refundable if there is no damage and if you’ve adhered to all house rules. PETS - Some of our properties are pet-friendly as indicated in the property listing information. If you are staying at a pet-friendly property, you must still let us know prior to your stay. Please note, that all pet-friendly properties have a cap of two dogs unless you have prior written authorization from us. If you bring pets without permission or to a non-pet-friendly property, the penalty is $300 SMOKING – Smoking is not allowed anywhere on this property. If you smoke anywhere on the property (including vaping), the penalty is $300 TRASH – Angel Fire does not provide trash service, so all guests are responsible for disposing of their trash at the AF trash/recycling center. If you leave any trash behind, the penalty is $25 per bag left behind. OCCUPANCY – You agree not to exceed the occupancy limits included in the listing for this property at any time during your stay. If you exceed occupancy limits, the penalty is $500 EXCESSIVE CLEANING – With your booking, you paid a cleaning fee. Understand that this is for general cleaning of the property, washing linens/towels, and resetting the property for the next group. If you leave the property in need of excessive cleaning, the penalty is $200 MINIMUM AGE – At least one adult over the age of 25 must be always present at the property if any of your group is at the property. If this is not followed, the penalty is $500 SEPTIC SYSTEM – Please only flush toilet paper down the toilets. If a plumber is required because anything other than toilet paper was flushed down the toilets, the penalty is $300

Cancellation Policy

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
