We understand, because these are the same questions that we asked ourselves when we bought our first vacation rental home in Angel Fire in 2006.  We made a modest amount initially renting that home, and it took us 4 years to really figure out how to get the optimal income while minimizing the wear-and-tear on the home.  It is our goal to share our experience with others so that you can make more money on your vacation home sooner!  We offer a couple of different avenues for this:

• Advisory services – hire us to advise you through the process of setting up your vacation rental, creating and setting up online listings and social media, and managing your listing and communicating with travelers.  Spending some money with us up-front will shorten the time it takes for you to become an expert in renting your vacation home, and in doing so, you will generate more money sooner.

• Marketing services – if you do not want to be involved in the rentals business and you would rather just collect the money, hire us to market your vacation rental home for you.  We handle the end-to-end process of renting, from advising you on what you need to set up the home to setting up the online marketing profile of the home, managing all communications with travelers, working with local property management companies to handle housekeeping and any maintenance issues and communicating with you about improvements you can make on the home to maintain its marketability.
