The 19th Hole

The 19th Hole is a lovely home for a cozy mountain experience. Complete with all the amenities you love, from a woodburning fireplace and TVs in every bedroom to a beautiful back deck and fire pit outside. Ready for Smores?! This property is also pet-friendly, so you don't have to leave your furry friends at home. The home is centrally located close to the golf course, ski/bike resort, and Monte Verde Lake. The house sleeps 8-10 comfortably across 2 main suites, one queen bedroom, and a kid's loft space, complete with a smartTV for their own shows and movies. We're fully stocked with everything you might need for your stay, from coffee pots to hair dryers, paper towels to washing machine detergent, we thought of it all! BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS/BATHROOMS: Perfect for one large family or 2 smaller families, The 19th Hole comfortably sleeps 8-10 across 3 bedrooms and the upstairs loft space. On the main floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, one king, one queen, and a full bathroom. Each of these bedrooms has a Roku smartTV for streaming shows and movies. Head upstairs and you will be greeted by the loft space, which can be used as an additional living space for a smaller group, or a sleeping space for up to 4. The loft has a twin daybed with a trundle as well as a queen pull-out sofa. The loft opens up into a full bathroom that is shared with the upstairs main suite. The main suite has a King bed, Roku SmartTV, and a desk area in case anyone needs to get a little work done on vacation. Bedrooms and bathrooms are fully stocked with pillows, linens/blankets, towels, toilet paper, shampoo and body wash, hair dryers, and hand soap. If using the additional sleeping spaces in the loft, all blankets, pillows, and comforters can be found in the upstairs hall closet. LIVING AREAS AND ENTERTAINMENT: After your full day of playing outdoors, retreat to The 19th Hole and relax. There's plenty of room to spread out or come together in this house. Relax by the fire in the living room or dining space or pull out one of our games or puzzles and take over the dining room table. If you want some quiet time, set the kids up with a movie in the loft, or watch something all together in the main living space. Each bedroom has a Roku TV, so you can unwind with your favorite shows before bed too. DECKS/OUTSIDE: Picture yourself grilling on the deck, eating together on the back table, or relaxing in the evening around the fire pit, and making smores. Or maybe you just kick back on the back deck's outdoor sofa or chairs on the front porch while you enjoy your morning coffee or evening happy hour. Let the kids explore the expansive forested property while you and the dogs relax on the deck. It's all here waiting for you! You are also just a short 10-minute walk to the Angel Fire trail system, perfect for an evening stroll or longer hike. KITCHEN/DINING Creating and eating meals together is another great way to create great family memories and this home provides everything you need. Our kitchen has a plethora of cooking supplies and utensils – a full set of appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, gas stovetop, oven, toaster, coffeemaker), a variety of pots, pans, cooking utensils, and baking dishes. Additionally, the large pantry provides ample space to store away all the supplies that you might have brought with you! For sharing family meals, our dining table seats 6. We also have a dining table on the back deck for eating al fresco in the warmer months. PARKING/LAUNDRY: Our home has a flat straight driveaway (a rarity in the mountains) making wintertime a breeze. The garage is not available for guest use, but there is ample parking in front and along the driveway for your whole group. Entering through the front of the house, you will find rubber mats for dirty boots and shoes. For all other messes, we provide a laundry area off the kitchen with detergent and dryer sheets for your use.
