G6 at The Lifts is a beautifully renovated multi-level condo, perfect for your next ski or mountain bike getaway. Featuring a wood-burning fireplace, outdoor deck, indoor bike, and ski storage, and two main suites. All this is just steps from the ski lift and minutes from everything Angel Fire has to offer. The condo comfortably sleeps 11 across 3 bedrooms and a loft with bunk beds. There are two main suites, one with a queen and twin bed and attached bathroom, and the other with a king bed, additional full, and attached bathroom. There is also a king bedroom on the lower level and a loft with twin-over-twin bunks on the upper level. The condo is situated across 3 floors, with mini floors between, essentially making the home 6 levels. There is a full bathroom on each floor as well as a spacious living and dining space on the main level. The house is fully stocked with everything you might need for your stay, from coffee pots to hair dryers, paper towels to washing machine detergent, we thought of it all! BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS/BATHROOMS: This condo at the Lifts has beds for up to 11 in the following configurations. On the ground floor are two bedrooms, one with a King bed and storage in the closet for bikes and skis, the other with a Queen and Twin bed and attached bathroom. Finally on the top floor is the king bedroom with an additional double bed and attached bathroom, as well as the loft space with a set of twin-over-twin bunks. There are 3 full bathrooms, one on each floor, two with showers, and one with a tub and shower. Bedrooms and bathrooms are fully stocked with pillows, linens/blankets, towels, shampoo and body wash, hair dryers, and hand soap. LIVING AREAS: This multi-level condo provides plenty of space to spread out or spend time together. The main floor has a living room with comfortable furniture to relax on and a wood-burning fireplace to complete the "cozy" factor. Pull out one of our games or puzzles or put on a movie and enjoy some family, you can also spread out on the dining room table which overlooks the main living space. KITCHEN/DINING Our modern kitchen has everything you need! Enjoy our hot beverage station, featuring a Keurig coffeemaker, a regular coffeemaker, a French press, sugar/sweetener, and a tea kettle. Relax on the barstools while chatting with the cook – or enjoy cooking in our kitchen with up-to-date appliances and everything you need, including extras like a panini maker and waffle maker. Our kitchen has a plethora of cooking supplies and utensils – stainless appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, and oven), a variety of pots, pans, cooking utensils, and baking dishes. For sharing family meals, our dining table seats 6 and room for 4 on the barstools in the kitchen. There's a gas grill at the condo for your use - it's in the storage room in the downstairs bedroom and you can roll it just outside to grill. ENTERTAINMENT: In the living room, we have a TV with Dish satellite cable and a DVD player. The upper master has a TV with Dish satellite and the loft has a TV with a DVD player. PARKING There is no garage available at this condo, but there is parking just outside and a storage room for bikes and skis inside. ENTRYWAY/LAUNDRY Enter the house through the front door with our keyless lock. Inside you'll find hooks for coats and a bench for taking off muddy boots, for all other messes, we have laundry machines with detergent and dryer sheets for your use.


  • Angel Fire Resort - Just Steps Away! A walk out your door across the parking lot and down a set of stairs will get you to the base of the ski lift, operational for winter skiing, snowboarding, and tubing and summer downhill mountain biking

  • Angel Fire Country Club - 2.5 Miles The club is open to the public with golf, basketball, tennis, pickleball, a playground for kids, a fitness center and pool, and restaurants for dining.  

  • Monte Verde Lake - 3.6 Miles Stocked lake great for fishing and boating in the summer. Boats and paddleboards are available for rental. Also a great hike around the lake!

This Condo is made up of 3 floors, 6 mini levels - many stairs required.

House Rules

RENTAL AGREEMENT - As a part of the booking process you are required to sign a rental agreement with Mountain Serenity Rentals. You will be walked through this process when you go to book. SECURITY DEPOSIT - As part of your booking, you agree to a $500 security deposit. We do this by putting a hold on your credit card for that amount 1 day before you arrive and it is released 3 days after you depart (if you use a debit card then that amount is withdrawn from your account). It is fully refundable if there is no damage and if you’ve adhered to all house rules. PETS - Some of our properties are pet-friendly as indicated in the property listing information. If you are staying at a pet-friendly property, you must still let us know prior to your stay. Please note, that all pet-friendly properties have a cap of two dogs unless you have prior written authorization from us. If you bring pets without permission or to a non-pet-friendly property, the penalty is $300 SMOKING – Smoking is not allowed anywhere on this property. If you smoke anywhere on the property (including vaping), the penalty is $300 TRASH – Angel Fire does not provide trash service, so all guests are responsible for disposing of their trash at the AF trash/recycling center. If you leave any trash behind, the penalty is $25 per bag left behind. OCCUPANCY – You agree not to exceed the occupancy limits included in the listing for this property at any time during your stay. If you exceed occupancy limits, the penalty is $500 EXCESSIVE CLEANING – With your booking, you paid a cleaning fee. Understand that this is for general cleaning of the property, washing linens/towels, and resetting the property for the next group. If you leave the property in need of excessive cleaning, the penalty is $200 MINIMUM AGE – At least one adult over the age of 25 must be always present at the property if any of your group is at the property. If this is not followed, the penalty is $500 SEPTIC SYSTEM – Please only flush toilet paper down the toilets. If a plumber is required because anything other than toilet paper was flushed down the toilets, the penalty is $300

Cancellation Policy

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
